Building a Community

[img_assist|nid=29|title=Indian Child|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=212|height=161]Since I know from experience with Internet projects, that the wishes come up with the possibilities or the opportunities, we start a certain set of modules to make an initial offer. This set contains some basis elements, like a database of the members, forum, picture gallery, guestbook, and moduls for editing text and pictures to contribute to the community.

There has to be an editorial staff on a voluntary basis to take care of the text, pictures, comments and contributions to forum and message-board. Community-guidelines have to be established.
